For several years now, our systems have been particularly popular in the field of medical technology, which is why we have specialized in this area within our company. Thanks to individually adjustable resilience to meet customer needs, our foam PUR molded foam parts are also convincing for high mechanical stress applications in medical technology padding.
In our production process, we foam the system into our predetermined molds and allow them to solidify at optimal temperatures. Within a few minutes after the curing reaction, the foamed, ready-to-use molded part is available. As your safety is also important to us, our used PUR foam systems comply with the FMVSS 302 flammability standard and the Federal Fire Standard of 117. During our on-site production, the REACH regulation is of course strictly adhered to.
