In our production process, we foam the system into our predetermined molds and allow them to solidify at optimal temperatures. Within a few minutes after the curing reaction, the foamed, ready-to-use molded part is available. As your safety is also important to us, our used PUR foam systems comply with the FMVSS 302 flammability standard and the Federal Fire Standard of 117.
